You are at the right place. We help people move better utilizing the Contrology Method.
We are a group of professional Pilates teachers with varied kinesiology backgrounds. We offer varied levels of Instruction that can elevate the athlete, give confidence to the injured, and surprise the advanced Pilates student. Not sure what is right for you? Find a teacher you resonate with and let their instruction guide you. Each of our instructors has been through hundreds (not a typo) of hours of training and maintains a comprehensive certification. We require continuing education and our client's results shows our dedication to our teaching. We offer the highest level of safety and movement coaching to our clients.

Pilates Sestina is a boutique Pilates studio in the wondrous Traverse City, Michigan. We have several Classically trained instructors and some Contemporary trained instructors. With this unique blend we are able to accommodate every body type, condition, and personality. We are professional guides that believe in the power of corrective exercise and have witnessed the benefits since 2017.
